Prices, Orders and Correction of Errors
Prices displayed on the Celt-Iberia Traders site
may be quoted in a range of currencies. Celt-Iberia Traders may restrict
delivery to addresses within certain geographical areas, as specified

Limited will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax.
All prices displayed on the Celt-Iberia Traders web site are not inclusive
of shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. Celt-Iberia Traders
reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications
and prices on products and services offered on the Celt-Iberia Traders web
site without incurring any obligation to you.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation constitutes
Celt-Iberia Traders acceptance of an order. Prior to Celt-Iberia Traders
acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required.
Celt-Iberia Traders reserves the right after receipt of your order to
accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof. Celt-Iberia Traders
reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse
service to any customer before accepting an order by sending an order
confirmation.
In the event that a product or service is listed at
an incorrect price due to typographical error, Celt-Iberia Traders shall
have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed
at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Celt-Iberia Traders shall
promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of
the incorrect price.
Errors made by users
of the Celt-Iberia Traders web site are not included and Celt-Iberia
Traders has ensured that users can identify and correct any input errors
made by them prior to placing an order.
Security
The Celt-Iberia Traders payment pages
use encryption technology to provide security of payments. SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) transactions can take advantage of encryption technology.
Celt-Iberia Traders has taken precautions to ensure the security and
confidentiality of the customer’s
transaction and cannot guarantee beyond this. The user agrees that the
payment information provided by him may be held by Celt-Iberia Traders
and may only be given to payment partners (such as a bank) and only to
any other party with the users express permission (save where the laws
of the citizenship, domicile or residence of the user prohibit such information).
Order Information
We request information from the user on our order form.
Here a user must provide contact information (e.g. name and shipping
address) and financial information (e.g. credit card number, expiration
date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s
orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information
is used to get in touch with the user. Celt-Iberia Traders reserves the
right to request further information from the customer (including
for e.g. proof of identification, proof of address (dated within the
previous three months of the order), copy of a credit card bill (dated
within the previous three months of the order) etc.) before processing
an order. All of the addresses on the requested information must
match the address you entered for billing on your order.
Returns / Cancellation
the Customer has the right to cancel an order or return the goods within 7
days of their contract with Celt-Iberia Traders, or 7 days of receipt of
the goods provided that the merchandise is still in its original condition
(whichever is the longer).
If you decide to cancel an order or return a product,
please call Celt-Iberia Traders at 215-862-4922, detailing your reason
for the cancellation or return. You must also supply your Order ID so
that we can cancel the order and refund the transaction. We will then
contact you via email in order to give you a return number and instructions.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods and the
original cost of delivery is non-refundable. Orders not cancelled or
goods not returned within 7 days of receipt are excluded and no liability
shall be accepted under any circumstances in respect of such claims /
cancellations.
Packaging
All items are presented in a jewelry box unless specified otherwise by the
customer. The jewelry box(s) are labeled individually and are then placed
in a delivery package/box for shipping.
