The
business group that is known as Sargadelos originates
from 1947 when a small factory was created
at the Castro of Samoedo in Sada, A Coruña.
This factory was intended to experiment
with kaolin from the Sargadelos sites
that were still in operation.
The spirit that
gave life to this project was to recuperate
the activity which had been born in Galicia
200 years ago with the creaton of an industrial
complex that demonstrated modern production
methods making the most and adding value
to the natural resources in the same area.
