Regarding Customer Service, we are open six days per week (closed on Tuesdays), and are closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are also closed for two weeks at the end of January for our annual buying trip. However, we will endeavor to be available for questions at all times.

As noted above, this will be more the exception than the rule, as we endeavor to maintain tight control over our inventory and have it accurately reflected in our shopping cart. However, due to the extensive and complex supplier network (we source from Ireland, the UK, Spain, Portugal and the US), as well as the hand-made nature of many of the items in our cart, some errors on our part may occur. If the item is not immediately available, we will generally contact you within 24 hours to notify you of the time it is estimated to take for delivery, so that you can decide whether you want to reverse the sale (only in the case of unavailability of a product).
When the merchandise you order is available in our stock, we will usually ship your order within three days of receiving the order. Please call us (215 862-4922) or email us (info@celtiberiatraders.com) if you desire shipping to be expedited. We will bill your card in full when your order is placed and the only notification you will receive is the email confirmation immediately after purchase. All orders will be shipped via US Mail or UPS ground service If you require faster shipping service, please call or email the order to us and we can then determine shipping charges. Where free shipping is indicated, this will only apply to the 48 contiguous states, not Alaska, Hawaii or any foreign country.
We do not provide gift packaging. If the items come in boxing provided by the manufacturer, this will be included in the product description on the shopping cart. However, if no such packaging has been provided, we will send the items, where appropriate, bubble-wrapped for safety.
All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by our Return Authorization Number.
We will accept returns for a refund less a 20% restocking fee on the paid prices of the merchandise as follows within 15 days of purchase. Date of purchase will be determined to be the day of actual delivery of the order - not the day the order was opened. If the order was shipped with "free shipping" we will also deduct our costs of shipping to you. We will advise you of the shipping costs at the time of your request with the Return Authorization.
We will refund monies to an original purchaser only. A gift recipient will receive "store credit" to be used for a future Celt-Iberia Traders purchase. The merchandise must be returned in good, original and unused condition, with all manufacturer seals, stickers and manufacturer's boxes. We are not responsible for the cost of return and insure items being returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
